I don't have pullup bars or resistance bands, just dumbells. i have 2 dumbells and 8 plates in total, 4 that say 0.5 kg and 4 that say 1.5 kg. I live in Nepal so the food is quite different than that in the US. i haven't worked out since well before than covid hit. I will be using UA workouts frequently now since I've moved onto Barbell Medicine. Satisfied with the results, highly recommend anyone wanting to gain size on arms. Most probably noob gains on my arms because I didn't train them in my 3+ years of lifting. If it helps, i started working out maybe idk 4 yrs ago (not sure) and did a bunch of wacky workouts (again not sure which ones). I finished UA and I have gained an inch on my arms, went from 15.5 to 16.5. So is this a good idea? Please link the video / videos best suited for me. Athlean X - Ultimate Arms, Thick deep veins and rock hard muscle bellies can make smaller arms look more impressive than their pudgier counterparts. So i wanna perform the workouts in one of the youtube videos, but stop the set at the point where i feel my form starts to weaken. Also, my form is very wacky (or at least that's what i feel) and i don't feel the muscle properly like I'm supposed to. Ive been a total lazy bones for quite a while now, my weights been going up quite high. I kinda know a bunch of stuff about bodybuilding but then again not nearly as others. Sorry for all the questions, I am just really looking forward to getting my routine back and I definitely feel like I need a guide I can follow and commit to. Are the Athlean X videos just a demonstration of the exercise and then a timer with the word on what to do? Are they like the OYO Nova gym videos in Vimeo where each workout it plays the same demo of whatever exercise for whatever time for each set? Or is it like P90X where they do it and the trainer talks about things to look for when doing the exercise, while pointing out other things in the people that work out with him? This comes in the form of six training modules. I want to build and bulk a little, but nothing crazy. Hear me out and please help to explain what I would be buying with this: I like P90X and some of the other videos I follow on YouTube, but I would prefer a built program versus just picking videos on YT and the cardio that P90X or Insanity make you do. My wife has the dvds for P90X and Insanity and all that, but I think I may want something a little bit different. I have not worked out too much recently with change in job and getting ready for the move, so I have lost weight that I had gained in muscle a few months ago. I have some equipment now and several pieces not set up, dumbbells in boxes, etc.

So I am moving into a new house and want to start my home gym.
